Top-up your XOX number through ONEXOX Black app, ONEXOX self care portal, XOX fast or any third party app such as TNG, Shopee and Lazada.

Now you can easily top-up your Prepaid account and pay your XOX Black bills using the F.A.S.T. (Fast And Simple Transaction) service provided by XOX.
Simply visit the XOX FAST website, enter your phone number and email address.
Next, select the top-up amount and click Submit to proceed with the online payment process (online banking).
- Login to your XOX Selfcare account.
- On the Selfcare dashboard, click the button:
- Reload Now (untuk Prepaid) atau Pay Now (untuk Black)
- Enter the payment amount (minimum RM10).
- Select the payment method - "Online Banking".
