For ONEXOX Prepaid plan users whose initial 36-month active period has expired, you can extend the active period or validity of your SIM card by purchasing an 'Additional Active Period.'

You can make the purchase of this additional active period through SMS or via the XOX BLACK app.

Extend through SMS

For the purchase of additional active period via SMS, you only need to type 'SMS CODE' and send it to 22111.

• RM18 for 6 months – Kod SMS: VALID 6
• RM25 for 12 months – Kod SMS: VALID 12

Make sure your credit balance is sufficient according to the price of the active period you want to purchase.

The credit will be deducted from the Main Account (MA). If the credit balance in the MA account is insufficient, the credit in the DA account will be used to cover the purchase amount.

Here's how to purchase additional active period through the XOX BLACK app:

1. Log in to the XOX BLACK app.
2. Click "XOX Mobile"
3. Tap on the menu option (at the bottom) with the money symbol, the third ones from left.
4. Select the Validity menu.
5. Choose the validity or active period you wish to purchase (6 months / 12 months).
6. Tap on Purchase and follow the next instructions.
