Extend Validity Period
For ONEXOX Prepaid plan users whose initial 36-month active period has expired, you can extend the active period or validity of your SIM card by purchasing an 'Additional Active Period.'
You can make the purchase of this additional active period through SMS or via the XOX BLACK app.
Extend through SMS
For the purchase of additional active period via SMS, you only need to type 'SMS CODE' and send it to 22111.
RM18 for 6 months – Kod SMS: VALID 6
RM25 for 12 months – Kod SMS: VALID 12
Make sure your credit balance is sufficient according to the price of the active period you want to purchase.
The credit will be deducted from the Main Account (MA). If the credit balance in the MA account is insufficient, the credit in the DA account will be used to cover the purchase amount.

How to purchase an ONEXOX SIM card online?
To purchase an ONEXOX SIM card online, you can click on the link to the ONEXOX Online Store.
Step 2: Choose the ONEXOX plan you wish to subscribe to
On the ONEXOX Online Store website, you are provided with plan options that you can subscribe to, including ONEXOX Prepaid, ONEXOX BLACK (Postpaid), and XOX eSIM.
Step 3: ONEXOX Plan Registration
On the ONEXOX Online Store, there are 2 types of registrations: New Number and MNP (switch to ONEXOX using your existing number from another telco).
Press "SIGN UP NOW" to register for a New Number.
Press "SWITCH NOW" to register for MNP (Keep Your Existing Number)
Then, you will be taken to the page to register for the ONEXOX plan.
For ONEXOX Prepaid, there are options: Normal Prepaid and Wawa Prepaid
For ONEXOX Black Postpaid, there are options: Normal Postpaid and FC Postpaid
Scenario 1: Register for a New Number and Subscription Package
If you want to register for ONEXOX with a New Number, you can choose a number from the provided list.
For the ONEXOX Prepaid plan, you MUST purchase at least ONE (1) Welcome Deal package to redeem the complimentary 28-Month Validity Period!
Update: Anda juga akan dapat tempoh sah tambahan 8 bulan yang boleh ditebus melalui halaman 'Rewards' di aplikasi XOX Black.
The 28+8 months validity period (36 months in total) is offered only once to all new ONEXOX Prepaid customers upon registration.
Details of the purchase and the amount to be paid will be shown in the "Order Summary" section.

Scenario 2: Register MNP (Remain Old Number)
To register using MNP (Mobile Number Portability), you need to select your current telco and provide your phone number details in the provided field.
Ensure that the number is still active, can make outgoing calls, has no existing contract with the original telco, no outstanding bills (if it's a postpaid number), and the registration information must match the details registered with the original telco.
Current Mobile Operator = Choose the telco you are CURRENTLY using. Celcom/Digi/Maxis/Umobile/Tunetalk/Redone/Unifi (P1), or others.
Port-in Number = Enter the phone number(s) you want to switch to ONEXOX, and press the Add Number button.
⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️
If you are using a postpaid plan with supplementary lines, all lines, including the main number, need to undergo MNP together.
For MNP with the Supplementary Lines you have, enter those numbers in the "Port-in Number/s" field and press the Add Number button.
The list of numbers for MNP will be displayed under the "Selected Number/s" section.
If you do not want to MNP the Supplementary Line numbers, you need to visit the original telco's center first to separate or disconnect those numbers from the account.
*The current telco will reject the MNP application if supplementary lines are still present in the same account.

Ensure that you complete all the information accurately and thoroughly to avoid any issues with the delivery and registration process of your SIM card.

Switch From Prepaid to Black
Existing ONEXOX Prepaid users can switch (upgrade) to the ONEXOX Black plan. Upgrade is done through COBP (Change of Business Plan).
All remaining credit and Season Pass quota will be carried over to the Black account.
You can use the same SIM card; there's no need to purchase a new one.
Downgrade / Upgrade Plan BLACK
Black users can switch to another ONEXOX Black plan through COP (Change of Plan)
They need to settle any outstanding dues (if applicable), current bills, and make an upfront payment for the desired new Black plan
They can continue using the same SIM card; there's no need to purchase a new one
ONEXOX BLACK users who wish to downgrade or switch back to the ONEXOX PREPAID plan can do so through the XOX Black App or Selfcare XOX.
