In the scenario where you lost your physical sim card/eSIM device, or you want to change your physical sim card to eSIM. Kindly contact ONEXOX Customer Service to request for a new sim card/eSIM, with a charges of RM10 except ONEXOX Black users.

For ONEXOX Prepaid plan users whose initial 36-month active period has expired, you can extend the active period or validity of your SIM card by purchasing an 'Additional Active Period.'
You can make the purchase of this additional active period through SMS or via the XOX BLACK app.
Extend through SMS
For the purchase of additional active period via SMS, you only need to type 'SMS CODE' and send it to 22111
RM18 for 6 months – Kod SMS: VALID 6
RM25 for 12 months – Kod SMS: VALID 12
Make sure your credit balance is sufficient according to the price of the active period you want to purchase.
The credit will be deducted from the Main Account (MA). If the credit balance in the MA account is insufficient, the credit in the DA account will be used to cover the purchase amount.
Extend Your Validity Period through XOX Black App

Here's how to purchase additional active period through the XOX BLACK app:
Log in to the XOX BLACK app.
Click "XOX Mobile"
Tap on the menu option (at the bottom) with the money symbol, the third ones from left.
Select the Validity menu.
Choose the validity or active period you wish to purchase (6 months / 12 months).
Tap on Purchase and follow the next instructions.

After that, additional data will be provided in stages until the total data quota of the subscribed Data Buffet plan is reached.

Different Between Data Buffet With Normal Black Plan The data quota for the 'Data Buffet' plan cannot be shared or transferred to other ONEXOX users.

Now you can easily top-up your Prepaid account and pay your XOX Black bills using the F.A.S.T. (Fast And Simple Transaction) service provided by XOX.
Simply visit the XOX FAST website, enter your phone number and email address.
